Services Offered

We provide the following services:

• CCTV Camera Sales & Installation

• Computer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

• Antivirus Software Sales (Quick Heal, etc.)

• Digital Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)

• Google My Business Setup & Optimization

Payments

• All services and products must be paid for in full before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For antivirus software, license keys are delivered only after full payment is received.

• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Delivery of Products

• Antivirus keys are delivered electronically via WhatsApp or email.

• CCTV and hardware products are delivered on-site at the time of installation (Ahmedabad only).

• Digital marketing and GMB services are provided remotely unless specified.

Service Warranty

• CCTV installation comes with a 12 Months installation warranty.

• AMC services are bound by the duration and terms mentioned in the contract.

• Antivirus software warranties are subject to the original software provider (e.g., Quick Heal).

User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse our services or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login or access credentials shared with you.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Once a service is delivered (e.g., antivirus key activated, CCTV installed), it is non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

 

Limitation of Liability

Netcam Solution will not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages from the use of our services/products.

• Any loss due to misuse of antivirus or security breach not caused by us.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept those changes.
